Operating Specifications of Drop Tester:

1. Wiring: Connect the supplied power cord to the three-phase power supply and ground it, and connect the control box and the testing machine with the supplied connecting cord according to the plug fitting condition, and test the ascending/descending command.

2. Adjustment of drop height: turn on the power of the host, set the height required for the test, and press the up button to make it reach the set height; if it stops in the middle, it must reach the set height before executing the reverse running command.

3. Put the measured object on the work surface, and then fix it with a fixing rod.

4. Press the up button to lift the measured object to the set height.

5. Press the drop button to make the worktable break away from the measured object instantly, and the measured object will fall freely.

6. Press the reset button to restore the worktable to its working state.

7. If the test is repeated, repeat the above steps.

8. After the test: press the down button to make the worktable operate to the lowest position and turn off the power button.

Use of the double-arm drop tester:

The drop machine can perform drop tests on the hexahedral package in three ways: face, edge and angle.

1. Surface drop test

Turn on the main power switch, the controller power switch in sequence and press the “On” button. Press the “ready” button, the cylinder piston rod slowly extends, and the support arm gradually rotates out and rises to the stop position. Press the “Down” or “Up” button to adjust the lift system to the desired height for the test. Place the test piece on the pallet, the relevant personnel go to the safe area, press the “drop” button, the piston rod of the cylinder is quickly retracted, the support arm is quickly lowered and rotated, so that the packaged test piece falls to the impact bottom plate in a free state to achieve freedom. 2. Edge drop test

Turn on the main power switch, the controller power switch in sequence and press the “On” button. Press the “ready” button, the cylinder piston rod slowly extends, and the support arm gradually rotates out and rises to the stop position. Press the “Down” or “Up” button to adjust the lift system to the desired height for the test. Place the falling edge of the test piece in the groove at the end of the support arm, and press and fix the upper diagonal edge with the corner joint attachment. After the test piece is placed, the relevant personnel go to the safe area, and then press the “drop” button to realize the free edge drop. .

3. Corner drop test

Turn on the main power switch, the controller power switch in sequence and press the “On” button. When doing the corner drop test, you can refer to the edge drop test sequence, place the impact angle of the specimen in the conical pit at the front end of the support arm, and press the upper end diagonally with the corner joint attachment. Free fall.
