The failure of the compression testing machine is often manifested on the computer display panel, but it is not necessarily a software and computer failure. You should analyze it carefully, pay attention to every detail, and provide as much information as possible for the final troubleshooting. Please proceed in order for the following troubleshooting methods:

1.The software often crashes: the computer hardware is faulty. Please repair the computer according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Software failure, contact the manufacturer. 2. The display of the zero point of the test force is chaotic: check whether the ground wire (sometimes not) installed by the manufacturer during debugging is reliable. There is a big change in the environment, the testing machine should work in an environment without obvious electromagnetic interference. There are also requirements for the temperature and humidity of the environment, please refer to the host manual.

 

3. The test force only shows the maximum value: whether the calibration button is in the pressed state. Check the connections. Check whether the AD card configuration in “Options” is changed. The amplifier is damaged, contact the manufacturer.

 

4. The stored file cannot be found: The software has a fixed file default extension by default, whether another extension is entered during storage. Whether the stored directory is changed.

 

5. The software cannot be started: check whether the software dongle is installed on the parallel port of the computer. Close other software programs and restart. The system files of this software are lost and should be reinstalled. The system file of this software is damaged and should be reinstalled. Contact the manufacturer.

 

6. The printer does not print: Check the printer manual to see if the operation is correct. Whether the correct printer is selected.
