adopts the principle of high frequency, digital display, sensors and host together as a

the use of the process the malfunction appears unavoidable,, Shandong Drick technology
R & D department according to the customer’s usage, summed up the three fault solutions,
the following methods for your reference.
First, when measuring an open circuit, measurement status monitor, the electrolytic status
display will show the largest , LED digital display counts make the anode chamber electrolyte
produce excessive iodine, the color become darker . At this point you should check the
following circumstances:
1. Measure plug and socket is in good contact or not .
2. The measurement of the lead wire is open circuit, the plug welding is good or not
Second, the electrolysis is an open circuit. when electrolysis is an open circuit, the measurement
condition display indicating, electrolytic status display only two green lights lit up, “LED”
digital display does not count.
You should check the following circumstances:
1. Electrolytic plug and socket contact is good or not.
2. Electrolytic lead on the cathode chamber is open circuit or not ,the plug weld is
good or not (when re-welding plugs, you should pay attention to cathode and anode
can not weld wrong).
3. Cathode and anode platinum wire electrode welding points are open circuit or not.
Third, the moisture meter features a natural frequency, the water of measured object
is different , pass through the sensor into the machine at different frequencies, compare
the difference between the two frequency converted by the frequency of the current
converter into a current through the ADC is converted into a digital display. When
measuring short-circuit , there was no indication of electrolysis status display and
measurement, LED digital display does count. You should check the following:
1. Measuring plug or socket is short circuit or not.
2. Measuring electrode end if two goals met together or internal short circuit.
3. Measuring whether the electrode leakage, seepage instrument when the electrolysis
time although more than half an hour or more, can not reach the end (in this case
does not belong to an electrolyte problem, you should replace the measuring electrode).
