Even if the rubber film seems to be good, it should be at least Change the amount once every six months, otherwise it will affect the test accuracy of the burst tester. After the replacement, it is necessary to ensure that the machine is accurate, and the conditional special aluminum foil is used for calibration. The method of replacing the film of the paper burst tester is as follows:
1. In the power-on state, press the “back” button first, and the machine stops automatically (the piston has returned to the starting position at this time);
2. Unscrew the handwheel clockwise, and the pressure indication number is greater than 0.69mpa;
3. Use the special wrench for the instrument to unscrew the lower pressure plate counterclockwise;
4. Shake up the handle wheel and take out the lower pressure plate and film (for the convenience of operation, the upper chuck can be unscrewed and put aside);
5. Then unscrew the screw nut on the oil cup (above the machine);
6. Wipe the silicone oil on the surface of the lower pressure ring base, wait for a few minutes, you will find that the oil surface of the oil tank under the film is slightly higher and overflows a little. Adhesive film, cover the upper and lower platens;
7. Tighten the lower pressure plate by hand in a clockwise direction until it stops; after about a minute, unscrew the handwheel to tighten the upper and lower pressure plates, and then use a special wrench to tighten and loosen the handwheel;
8. Unscrew the screw on the oil cup (above the machine), add some silicone oil to the oil cup according to the situation, wait for a few minutes, and check whether the film state is naturally at the bottom (slightly bulging), After normal, tighten the screw nut on the oil cup.
