The replacement of the silicone oil of the burst tester needs to be replaced if necessary according to the frequent use of the instrument and the pollution of the silicone oil. The silicone oil is 201-50LS methyl silicone oil.
1. Remove the film according to the method in the film replacement method;
2. Tilt the instrument slightly forward, and use the oil absorber to absorb the dirty oil in the cylinder of the paper holder;
3. Use the absorber to absorb clean silicone oil and inject it into the cylinder block, inject silicone oil into the oil storage cylinder, and fill the oil cup with oil at the same time;
4. Install the composite film according to the point method in the film replacement method, and exhaust to make it meet the requirements;
5. In order to ensure the working accuracy of the instrument and prolong the service life, it is necessary to lubricate the relevant parts of the instrument with oil regularly.
6. The source of errors and the discharge of general faults;
(1) The calibration of the digital display of the burst tester is unqualified;
(2) The film resistance is out of tolerance;
(3) The pressure for holding the sample is insufficient or uneven;
(4) Residual air in the system;
(5) Check whether the film is damaged or expired;
(6) Whether the pressing ring is loose, just tighten it with a wrench;
(7) There is residual air; (Loosen the screw nut on the oil cup and tighten it again after a few minutes);
(8) Re-calibration (not necessary for circuit failure and long-term use);
