Condom Inflation Bursting Volume & Bursting Pressure Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with “GB/T 7544-2019 Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Natural Rubber Latex Male Condoms”. It is mainly applicable to the determination of burst volume and burst pressure volume of various condoms and rubber gloves. It can meet the testing needs of drug inspection institutes and quality inspection institutes for products.

Test Principle

Put the condom on the blowing rod to start the test. The instrument starts to inflate the condom. As the condom expands and bursts, the burst pressure and the inflation volume at the time of burst are displayed on the screen. The burst volume is expressed in cubic decimeters and rounded to 1 dm³; the burst pressure is expressed in kilopascals and rounded to 0.01 kPa. The inflation rate can be adjusted by turning the knob. If there is air leakage during the inflation process, the test can be manually terminated. If the condom does not leak air, measure and record the burst volume and pressure.
