DRK113E Concora Medium Fluter

DRK113E Concora Medium Fluter (also known as Corrugated base paper flute former) is used to form corrugations on corrugating medium in the laboratory (resulting in corrugated paper). Concora Medium Fluter is used to prepare samples for the corrugated medium flat crush test (CMT) and the corrugated medium edgewise crush test (CCT) by forming standard corrugated waveforms (i.e., laboratory fluting of corrugating medium). After the corrugating medium is fluted, combined with a computer-controlled compression tester, the flat crush strength (CMT) and edgewise crush strength (CCT) of the corrugating medium can be measured.

High-precision temperature controller for accurate temperature adjustment, with PID control method and automatic temperature compensation mode.
Fast response speed and high steady-state accuracy.
Digital display of actual temperature and set temperature, with over-temperature protection device. The set parameters can be automatically memorized after power failure, and it has the function of parameter self-tuning.
Precision-machined copper fluting gears have large heat capacity, good heat transfer performance and wear resistance. The standard buttons are sensitive and durable, and the corrugating medium fluting is automated.
