The tester is suitable for the steam test of food packaging, adhesive, Ink printing and other correlative films .It is also the optimal equipment for aseptic packaging test of food research Institute.
Product Features
1. Microprocessor control, automatic testing process;
2. Over temperature protection, over pressure protection, water level protection, automatic leakage protection;
3. Over temperature protection: micro-computer will stop machine automatically when temperature is beyond normal.
4. Over pressure protection: Over the normal pressure range 3kg/cm (0.3MPa) the safety valves will release pressure automatically.
5. Water level protection: the tester will stop heating and alarm when water level is lower than the normal leve.
6. Safety interlocking device: pressurize after end closure closing, chain linkage function and alarm function.
3 Safety interlocking device: End cover positioning booster to combine with the interlocking device and alarm at the same time.
7 Anti-pressure functions: There are two safety valves. When steam pressure is over 0.25MPa, it release itself without broken bag phenomenon.
