Product application
The pre-conditioned specimen is mounted between two grips, which move in relative direction during the test. The signals of force and displacement changes are separately recorded by the load cell fixed on the movable gripper and embedded displacement transducer. The relative parameters of force properties can be obtained by further calculation.
It can used to test tensile property, tensile strength and deformation rate, tensile strength at break and elongation rate, 90 degree peel, 180 degree peel, tear resistance, puncture force of rubber plug, glide property of syringe, seal property of syringe, puncture property of syringe. By changing different test fixture, it also can used to test compressive deformation of foam, trouser tearing, puncture force of film, drawl force of rubber plug, etc.
