Balance pre treatment of constant temperature and constant humidity chamber for test specimen of formaldehyde

Product application:

The constant temperature and humidity chamber is test equipment specially designed for the 15 day pretreatment of sheet metal specimens in the GB18580 – 2017 and GB17657 – 2013 standards. The equipment has multiple test cabin (quantity can be customized according to demand), and can be used for the pretreatment of different samples at the same time. The number of test cabin has four standard models of1, 4, 6 and 12.

This machine can provide a separate test space, which can eliminate the formaldehyde emission test specimen to release formaldehyde from each other and influence the test results, and greatly improve the test accuracy. The multi compartment configuration makes it possible to carry out cyclic tests, which greatly improves the test efficiency.

The specimen was placed (15 + 2) d under the condition of 23 + 1 C and relative humidity (50 + 3)%, and the distance between the specimens was at least 25mm, which made the passenger gas circulate freely on the surface of all the specimens. The rate of indoor air replacement at constant temperature and constant humidity was at least 1 times per hour, and the formaldehyde concentration in indoor air could not exceed 0.10mg/m3.

Working principle：

The 1 square meter surface area is placed in the climate box of a certain value in terms of temperature, relative humidity, air velocity and air replacement rate. Formaldehyde is released from the sample, mixed with the air in the box, regularly extracts the air in the box, and through the absorption bottle with distilled water, the formaldehyde in the air is dissolved in the water; the amount of formaldehyde in the absorption liquid and the volume of the extracted air are measured, and each cubic meter (mg/m3) is used to calculate each cubic meter.
