Application

The equipment is suitable for testing the abrasion resistance of the printing ink layer of printed matter, the abrasion resistance of the PS plate photosensitive layer and the abrasion resistance of the surface coating of related products. Effectively analyze the abrasion resistance of printed matter, ink layer fastness and the hardness of other product coatings.

Features

The system provides four test functions: dry friction, wet friction, migration, and wet trace, and four different test speeds. Users can choose freely according to different test needs.

The unique structure of double stations and arc motion supports the same or different samples to perform various combined tests

Intelligent design such as power-down memory and buzzer prompts ensure the safety of users’ operations.

The system is controlled by a microcomputer, equipped with a PVC operation panel, a menu-type interface and a liquid crystal display, which is convenient for users to conduct test operations and data viewing quickly and conveniently.
