2. Working principle
Coulomb electric method.
Certain humidity or dry oxygen flows on one side of the material, and high-purity nitrogen (carrier gas) flows at a fixed flow rate on the other side; the difference in oxygen concentration on both sides of the sample drives oxygen to permeate from the oxygen side of the sample to the nitrogen side; The permeated oxygen is carried by nitrogen (carrier gas) to the coulometer trace oxygen sensor; the sensor measures the oxygen content of the carrier gas and calculates the oxygen permeation volume of the sample and other parameters.
